Hello, I'm Erika Franklin—a Mother, Wife, College Grad, Computer Programmer, Entrepreneur, and Principal Broker, Lux Real Estate Group. Despite my many accolades, the experience of purchasing real estate in 2001 transformed me. While navigating life, our reliance on industry professionals for the American Dream led to unexpected challenges. On the scorching first day of our move in August, pregnant for seven months, we incurred a twelve-thousand-dollar expense for a new HVAC system. Unaware that sellers could cover down payment and closing costs, we ended up taking out a down payment assistance loan.

Reflecting on this, I recognized the need for guidance and transparency in the real estate process. For the past eighteen years, to infinity, I am here to Disrupt not only the Real Estate Industry but every industry I touch. My journey inspired me to become a Real Estate Broker, committed to disrupting the industry and providing valuable knowledge.
